I've been working with a support person by the name of John Linington ... he is AWESOME!


Thank goodness we had the APOS instance manager and the bursting manager, we were able to extract all the recurring job details from our old database using the instance manager (exporting into a SQL table) and re-populate our new XR 3.1 database using the bursting manager. APOS has really saved us from a total disaster this week.... there is a BO conference on in Sydney next week... if someone from APOS is there, we will be buying them a few drinks!

As a testament to the value of your tools (at least InfoScheduler)....we had a situation here just last night on our CE environment that caused me to have to reschedule over 325 daily and monthly reports this morning. Because I had these all set up in InfoScheduler, I was able to complete that task in very short order and get reports out (later than usual due to our issue here, but they got out within hours of their scheduled times). Had I not had this information in InfoScheduler, it would have been a very long, miserable day for me today as I am getting set to go on vacation next week...., and reports would not have gotten out in time to be of any use to our business operations. Kudo's and Thanks!


By the way, I needed to utilize your help desk during the loading of the software and Rob was very courteous and helpful.
