Instance Manager | New Features!

Instance Manager - new featuresOne of the power administration products in our Administrator Solution, Instance Manager provides a fast way to manage your ever growing report instances and folder structure! Analyze the entire report instance environment at once, search for specific instance processing states within specific time periods and then optionally apply action commands to one or more report instances simultaneously.

New Instance Manager features recently added...

  • Hide/unhide instances in the grid - this new item to the 'View' menu on the main screen allows the user to make the list smaller and easier to work with, without the need to run a new query against the CMS.
  • Error messages for failed instances - any such messages will appear in a new column in the main grid
  • Search for matching text in any column - for instances that are already loaded into the grid through a new 'Edit' menu item. All rows that are found in the grid that contain matching text in one of the columns will be selected.
  • New columns added to the main grid:
    • Path to file/email/ftp
    • Email From
    • Email Subject
    • Output File Name
  • Load the destination screen with the destination settings - that are set on the selected instance (only if 1 instance is selected, default enterprise values will be used if more than 1 instance is selected).
  • Search for a range of ID's - in the main filter
